Terms and Conditions

1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking.
2. The full balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking within six weeks prior to booking start date, we will refund your balance only if we are able to re-let the property.
3. All damages and breakages must be reported to the owner and paid for.
4. All 3 cottages are non smoking properties.
5. No pets allowed in the Bothy and up to 2 dogs in the others as long as they live in the porch when wet or muddy, and never go on furniture or in bedrooms.
6. You may arrive any time after 4pm but please vacate the property by 9.00am on the date of departure to give us time to prepare for the next visitors.
7. Linen and towels are provided, however, please bring your own towels for the beach.
8. The use of cooking appliances other than those provided is prohibited. If you have any specific requirements please ask.
9. Please close all gates, keep dogs under control and do not feed any animals on the farm.
